Collections Representative

We are seeking for a Collections Call Representative with experience handling and resolving outstanding accounts for residential and commercial clients,

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Advanced English Knowledge.

• Strong Background in Collections: Verifiable experience in collections or a related field.

• Knowledge of Collection Software Tools: Such as Excel, CRM, Google Sheets, and specialized collections software.

• Ability to Perform: Effective and professional collection calls to clients.

• Prepare Reports: From supplied data and documentation.

• Provide Timely Updates: For collection status and workload.

• Experience and Proficiency: In handling collections and using various communication tools is required.

Soft Skills Required:

• Professionalism: Professional attitude and ethical behavior.

• Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills.

• Teamwork Orientation: Ability to communicate and convey information between teams.

• Discord: Categories and Channels.

• Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App, and Hubstaff Tasks.

• Whatsapp: Whatsapp Groups.

• Zoom: Meetings and Breakout Rooms.

• Collection Tools: Specialized software and PDF Editor.
