Job description
We are seeking a Remote Leasing Assistant who can deliver top-notch support to our clients with a range of administrative tasks.
As a Leasing Assistant, you will handle various administrative duties such as sending leases via DocuSign, communicating with tenants via phone calls, working with Remote Landlord, and other common tasks typically found in property management offices.
Job requirements
Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:
Advanced English Proficiency: upper intermediate, advanced, or proficient.
Familiarity with Project Management tools and CRMs.
Proficient in relevant professional concepts and processes.
Soft Skills Required:
Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and ethical conduct.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Multitasking: Able to transition smoothly between different tasks.
Analytical skills: Capable of using analytical approaches to resolve complex issues.
Organization and attention to detail: Ability to organize tasks and maintain thorough records.
Identifying risks: Recognizing potential issues and opportunities for process improvement.
Prioritization: Skillful in identifying and managing priorities.

Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets.
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
Discord: Categories and Channels.
Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App, and Hubstaff Tasks.
WhatsApp: WhatsApp Groups.
Zoom: Meetings and Breakout rooms.
