Job description

We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter who will perform full-cycle recruiting, focusing on medical positions.

Job requirements

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Advanced English Knowledge: Proficient.

  • Experience in Project Management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.

  • Experience establishing Policies and Guidelines, including communicating them within the organization and following up.

  • Responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition for Healthcare positions.

  • Clearly understands and verifies the requirements of open positions with the hiring manager.

  • Manages a high volume of requisitions for multiple locations.

  • Sources potential candidates from the applicant tracking database, internal candidates, and external sources.

  • Effectively utilizes media sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)

  • Review all resumes/applications and submit them to the Hiring Manager on a timely basis.

  • Respond to candidate inquiries, including internal candidates.

  • Maintain a system for recurring or standard projects.

  • Assist team members with projects as needed.

  • Perform any other job-related duties as required.

  • Reliability: Ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion by committing to the project they’re involved in.

Desirable Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

  • Experience working with different profiles.

  • Experience supporting the full cycle recruitment process.

  • Experience working with several candidates and reaching out to passive candidates.

Main Tools to Manage During Work Relations:

  • Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets.

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.

  • Recruitment Software.

  • Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App, and Hubstaff Tasks.

  • Whatsapp: Whatsapp Groups.

  • Zoom: Meetings and Breakout rooms.
