Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, collection calls, and updating contact lists.
Maintain and update the client database (CRM) to ensure accurate information is available for seamless communication with clients.
Coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Job requirements
Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:
Advanced English Knowledge: Upper intermediate, advanced, or proficient.
Knowledge of Property Management Software Tools: Such as Excel, CRM, Google Sheets, and specialized management software.
Prepare Reports: From supplied data and documentation.
Soft Skills Required:
Professionalism: Professional attitude and ethical behavior.
Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Proactiveness: Ability to be resourceful and have initiative when/if issues arise or in case of low activity flow.
Multitasking skills: Comfortable with quickly switching gears and focus, moving from different tasks seamlessly.
Analytical skills: Ability to use a solid analytical approach to solve complex issues.
Leadership and coaching skills: Ability to guide team members on the best way to approach project processes.

Organization skills and attention to detail: Ability to self-organize given activities and keep a detailed record of tasks, pointers, and process updates.
Risk identification: Ability to identify pain points, bottlenecks, scope creeps, and process improvement opportunities.
Prioritization skills: Ability to identify, establish, and assign priorities.
Compliance: Ability to comply when necessary; following orders or specific instructions if needed.
Main Tools to Manage:
Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets.
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App and Hubstaff Tasks.
Zoom: Meetings and Breakout rooms.
Remote Landlord.
