We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Analyst to manage end-to-end quoting, binding, and policy management processes for both personal and commercial clients.

Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, insurance professional who moves effortlessly between Personal and Commercial lines. You are part analytical detective and part operations powerhouse. You do not just enter data; you actively look for coverage gaps, cross-verify compliance regulations, and ensure that every policy is structurally sound before it is bound.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Quote & Proposal Generation: Gather client information, verify risk addresses, and run accurate quotes across Personal and Commercial lines.

  • Coverage Analysis: Compare policy options, terms, and deductibles to ensure clients get the best possible care and protection.

  • Compliance Checking: Audit applications and carrier proposals to ensure strict compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.

  • Binding & Processing: Finalize and bind coverage with carriers once the client approves the final proposal.

  • Financial Reconciliations: Collect initial premium payments and promptly update banking and internal ledger systems.

  • Account Management: Service an active portfolio of property, personal (home/auto), and commercial (liability/BOP) insurance policies.

Job requirements

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting assistance, or account management.

  • Experience working with U.S. based clients.

  • Versatility: Strong foundational knowledge of both Personal and Commercial property/casualty insurance.

  • Tech Savvy: Experience using Agency Management Systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and comparative rating tools.

  • Precision: Exceptional attention to detail when handling banking data, complex legal addresses, and policy compliance forms.

  • Compliance: Ability to comply when necessary; following orders or specific instructions if needed.

Desirable Knowledge & Skills:

  • Manage the day-to-day workflow and output of the department, prioritizing clients.

  • Ensure timely response to clients and prioritization.

  • Perform any other job-related duties as required.

  • Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets.

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.

  • Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App, and Hubstaff Tasks.

  • Whatsapp: Whatsapp Groups.

  • Zoom: Meetings and Breakout rooms.
